How To Register
The registration will close on 23rd September 2012 or upon reaching 10,000 participants. (Online registration will close earlier on 15th September 2012).
Participants below the age of 18 are required to seek parental/guardian consent and fill up the relevant indemnity declaration as deemed necessary by the Organiser upon online registration. Failing which, the Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to any participant.

FAQ's
- When & Where will the 2012 adidas King of the Road Philippines be held?
King of the Road will be held on 30th September 2012 (Sunday) at Bonifacio High Street, Taguig. The event starts at 4am.
- When is the starting and closing date for registration?
Registration will start on the 25th July 2012 and close on the 23rd
September 2012. In the event of participation reaching 10,000 runners,
registration will be closed.
- What time the run starts?
The 16.8km event starts at 4.45 a.m. The 10km event starts at 5.15 a.m. and the 5km events at 5.45 a.m.
- What is the age limit?
There is no minimum age limit to participate in the event. Participants
below the age of 18 are required to seek parental/guardian consent and
fill up the relevant indemnity declaration as deemed necessary by the
Organiser upon online registration. Failing which, the Organiser
reserves the right to refuse entry to any participant.
- How many race categories are there?

- Are rollerbladers & cyclist allowed on the race route?
No.
For the safety of the runners, any person rollerblading or cycling on
the race route will be requested to exit the course immediately by the
marshals.
- Can I bring along my pets?
No. Pets are strictly not allowed on the race route.
- When & Where can I collect my Race Pack?
For
runners that register in the walk-in registration sites from 25th July
2012 to 7th September 2012* (or until the race packs become available
locally) and for all runners that register online, race packs will be
delivered to their registered addresses in September 2012.
For
runners that register in the walk-in registration sites after 7th
September 2012* (or after race packs are available locally), race packs
can be collected upon registration.
*Race pack availability may change without prior notice.
- What if I am injured on the route or unable to complete the event?
Runners who are injured on the route or unable to finish the race can
seek medical assistance at the water station or can wait for the mobile
paramedic who will come to your assistance. For those unable to complete
the race the sweeper buses will transport you back to the finish line.
- Where can I leave my baggage?
The baggage counter will opens at 4:00 am and will be located near the
start line. You can deposit your belongings and collect a baggage
identification tag. Please refrain from bringing valuables to the Event.
The organizer will be not responsible for lost of valuable items stored
in the bags. We do not accept any luggage bags or travel bags. Baggage
not collected after 10:30 am will be given to charity organisation.

- How do I register?
Registration can be done online on www.adidaskingoftheroad.com/ph.
Online registration will close on 15th September 2012 or upon reaching
10,000 participants. (On-site/offline registration is until 23rd
September 2012).
- How do I register if I’m under the age of 18?
Participants below the age of 18 are required to seek parental/guardian consent
and fill up the relevant indemnity declaration as deemed necessary by
the Organiser upon online registration. Failing which, the Organiser
reserves the right to refuse entry to any participant.
- Can I register offline / manually and pay cash?
Yes,
from 25th July to 23rd September 2012, on-site registration will be 7
days a week from 12.00 n.n. - 08.00 p.m. at the following adidas stores:

- How will I know if my entry has been accepted?
Registrants
will receive a confirmation email upon successful registration. The
system will automatically allocate a unique Registration Number as shown
in their confirmation email. Please note that 'RedMedia Solutions Inc.'
will be listed in your credit card bank statement for this transaction.
It is necessary to bring a copy of the confirmation e-mail from the
organizer and Passport upon collecting the Race Entry Pack.
- What are the possible reasons I did not receive my Race Confirmation details after registration and Payment?
It could be due to any of the following reasons:
- Transaction did not go through.
- Email address provided is invalid.
- Email server blocked the email.
- Do I get a refund if I choose not to participate after registration?
No. Registration fee is strictly not refundable.
- Can I change my race category after I have registered?
No. Race categories are non-transferable.
- Why am I unable to select a given size of the running vest?
This means that the size that you have selected is out of stock. Please select your next preferred size.
- Can I change the colour of my running vest?
The
issuance of the event running vest during the race entry pack
distribution will be on a first-come-first serve basis. When a
particular colour is unavailable the next available colour will be
issued.
Prize Money, Awards and Medals
What are the prizes and award?
- Prizes will include Cash and Medals. Please refer to 'Trophies & Prize Money' section for more details.
- Do I get a medal upon finishing the race?
ALL
participants who finish the run will be awarded a Finisher Medal at the
finishing line. Medals will not be given to non-participants of the
race. A non-participant is a person who did not take part in the race on
the date of the event.
- Who will represent Philippines at the adidas King of the Road Grand Finals in Singapore, on 28th October 2012?
The winners of both Men Closed & Women Closed 16.8 km Category will
represent the Philippines at the Grand Finals of the adidas King of the
Road 2012 in Singapore, with all expenses paid by adidas Philippines.
Their representation at the Grand Finals is subject to the acceptance of
terms & condition set by adidas Philippines.
