A 50 mile run around the circumference of the world’s most perfect coned volcano, Mt Mayon Volcano. Organized by the Junior Chamber International – Legazpi Chapter in cooperation with Liga ng mga Barangay – Albay Chapter and sanctioned by the Philippine Association of Ultrarunners. Sponsored by the Provincial Government of Albay, Governor Joey S. Salceda, and the Magayon Festival 2012.

Mayon 360 Facts
- Famous for its “Perfect Cone”, the Mayon Volcano is the Philippines’ most active volcano and the most popular tourist destination in the Bicol Region. With a height of 2,463 meters, it is the centerpiece of the Albay province
- This run will cross 7 Municipalities, 3 cities, and 77 Barangays
- A Total distance of 50Miles (80kms)
- All paved roads, with close to 60 percent asphalt and 40 percent concrete
- The Second Run around the circumference of Mt Mayon Volcano

1ST WATER STATION – Daraga, Albay
-Daraga is home to the top Albay tourist destination- the Cagsawa Ruins, where one can see the picturesque view of Mayon Volcano with the belfry of Cagsawa Church, what was left during the eruption on February 1, 1814, at the forefront
2nd WATER STATION – Camalig, Albay
-The town that boasts as the home to the popular Albayano dish – “the pinangat”
3RD WATER STATION – Camalig, Albay
-Camalig is good site for heritage tour for it has the most number of Spanish houses in Albay
4TH WATER & AID STATION – Guinobatan, Albay
-Guinobatan is the home to a local hero – Gen. Simeon Ola, the last Albayano general to surrender to the American troops
5TH & 6TH & 7TH WATER & AID STATION – Ligao, City
-The prime destination is Ligao City is Mt. Kawa-Kawa, an elevation of 236 meters, where pilgrims during the Holy Week can pray and meditate for it has Stations of the Cross with life-sized statues
8TH WATER & AID STATION – Buang, Tabaco City
- 9km. from the Buang junction is the Mayon Skyline Park nestling at 2,500 feet at the slope of Mayon Volcano, a prime tourist destination where one can enjoy the view of the City of Tabaco and Lagonoy Gulf and feel the cold temperature amidst the fog and clouds

-Just 3km. from this Barangay is Vera Falls, a clear cascading water in the middle of the verdant forest of Mt. Malinao

- Tabaco is home to one of the two churches in Albay that are registered in the National Historical Institute as a National Heritage Site – the St. John the Baptist Church

- Malilipot is known for being home to abaca twine “lubid” makers

- Sto. Domingo is the home of the popular Bicolano composer, Potenciano Gregorio, who composed the world-known Bicolano love song Sarung Banggi

General Guidelines
- No need for vehicle support. Aid & Water stations every 5 KMs, aside from roving ambulances that serve also as mobile aid/water station
- 2 dri-fit Shirts (one race shirt and one finisher’s shirt)
- Drop bags/baggage area (2) at starting/finish line and at KM 40
- No energy drinks and softdrinks will be provided along the route, as part of our product lockout agreement with the event partner.
- Only bottled water, juices, and other Ginebra San Miguel, Inc. (GSMI) beverage products will be provided (beers & gins included upon request)
